We use AI services (including Claude by Anthropic) to analyze sentiment and generate insights from publicly available content.

Reputory.ai monitors publicly available information from news outlets, social media platforms, review sites, forums, and AI platforms. We do not access private or non-public content. All monitored data is publicly accessible.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (payment processing via Stripe, email delivery via Resend, error tracking via Sentry) and as required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Mention and alert data is retained for 12 months by default. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and secure authentication. Your API keys and credentials are stored encrypted and never exposed in logs or client-side code.
