By accessing or using Reputory.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.
2. Description of Service
Reputory.ai provides AI-powered reputation monitoring, sentiment analysis, crisis alerting, review management, and reporting services. We monitor publicly available content across news, social media, review platforms, forums, and AI platforms.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Reputory.ai offers Free and Pro subscription plans. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Reputory.ai to: harass or defame individuals, engage in illegal activity, interfere with the service, reverse-engineer the platform, or resell access without authorization.
6. AI-Generated Content
Reports, sentiment analysis, and AI-drafted review responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Reputory.ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
